satisfaction is our first priority. If there is a problem with your
order, or you have a question that is not answered on this page, contact
us immediately so we can resolve the matter quickly.
How do I place an order?
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, and Discover credit cards. To place an order click on
the secure shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout. You will be
instructed for the information needed to complete the checkout
process.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card
when ordering?
Yes, we have a
completely secure merchant account system that automatically verifies
your credit card information and completes the transaction without
anyone seeing your card information.
How will my item be shipped?
All purchases will be shipped either United
States Postal Service, Fedex or UPS. You will be provided with a
tracking number once the item has shipped.
When will
my order ship?
Orders usually
ship within 48 hours of completed transactions. Please allow 2-9
business days for processing and delivery. If delivery is delayed for
any reason, you will be notified.

What is your shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping for ALL orders shipped
to locations in the 48 Continental United States ONLY. Sorry, there are
no exceptions. Shipping is available to HI, AK, Canada, and other
countries based on individual shipping quotes. Please contact
us for a shipping quote if you live outside the 48
Continental United States. We are unable to ship to PO Box, US
territories or APO/FPO addresses due to shipping requirements.
Do you
offer a warranty?
Most of our
products come with a Warranty. Warranties are listed with each
individual product. Time frames depend on the manufacturer. All
warranties cover manufacturing defects that might possibly occur with an
item. Warranties do not cover customer mishaps and normal stress on a
product. However, if you have an item that becomes unusable because of a
manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace your product for you at no
additional cost. Refunds are not available on a defective product that
has passed the 7 day return period.
What if I receive my item
damaged?
Upon receipt of
the merchandise, please inspect it immediately. We must be notified
within the first seven days of any problems or damages. A damaged item
can be returned (see above return policy) within the first seven days.
We will then inspect the item before issuing a refund or replacement.
If an item is deemed defective or damaged by the manufacturer, a refund
or replacement will be issued. If an item is deemed defective or
damaged by the customer, their credit card will be charged for damages
before a refund or replacement is issued.
What if my
item becomes defective?
If
an item becomes defective within the specified warranty period, we will
gladly repair or replace your item. If the item is received as
defective, we will gladly replace your item or refund your money in
accordance with our Return Policy stated above. You must contact
us to initiate this process. Customer is responsible
for all return freight costs for defective merchandise.
Is my
personal information safe?
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact
us immediately and we will make every effort to try and stop the order.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
What if my
item is on backorder?
Occasionally we
experience a high demand for some of our products and they become out of
stock. We may also occasionally experience a delay in fulfilling an
order from our suppliers. When this situation occurs, we will notify
you immediately and offer options to complete your order.
Why am I
being charged sales tax?
We
are required by law to charge 5.5% sales tax to orders sold and shipped
to destinations in the state of Wisconsin.
