Return PolicyAt peacefulsitting.com we offer a
15 day return policy on all items EXCLUDING all Sunjel™ products.
(Sunjel™ Return Policy listed below separately) We guarantee 100%
satisfaction. If you receive your product and are not completely
satisfied with it, simply return it within the first 15 days and we will
issue a refund (excluding the cost of returning the package). To
initiate the return process, follow the steps below: (Sunjel™ Return
Policy listed below separately)
1. Returns cannot be accepted
beyond 15 days from the date you receive your product.
2. Products to be
returned must be in new, unaltered condition.
3. The item must
contain all the original packaging.
4. Products must be repackaged
correctly and in resalable condition.
5. Items not
found in the above condition are not accepted for return.
6. Contact us at customerservice@peacefulsitting.com
for a return authorization number prior to returning a product.
7. Items returned
without a return authorization number will not be accepted for return.
8. Because we
ship from several different manufacturers and suppliers, our Customer
Service Department will supply you with the proper
address to send your return.
9. All returns must be sent prepaid and insured
to the address supplied by our customer
service department.
10. Make sure your return
authorization number is taped securely on the outside of the return
package.
11. Please include your name, address,
telephone number, reason for return, and a copy of the packing slip or
invoice.
12. Once the item has shipped, please email customerservice@peacefulsitting.com
with a tracking number so your refund can be issued promptly.
13. Credits or
refunds for damaged or used merchandise will not be granted.
14. Damaged or
defective items can be returned but photos may be required to be emailed
to our customer service department for approval.
15. Customer must
inspect product upon receipt for any manufacturer's damage or damage
resulted from shipping.
SUNJEL™ RETURN POLICY
Return
Authorization Number Required.
All merchandise shipped is
considered sold and non-returnable unless authorized via email by a 2
Burn, Inc. Representative. (email customerservice@peacefulsitting.com
for instructions) Returns will be accepted only within 7
days after the shipment is delivered. All Returns must be sent freight
pre-paid at the senders expense. Authorized non-defective returns will
be subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping expense will
NOT be refunded if applicable. All products must be shipped via UPS only
and a tracking number must be provided to 2 Burn, Inc. prior to product
arrival. (contact customerservice@peacefulsitting.com
for instructions) All returned merchandise must be in
original purchased condition. If any of these steps above or below are
not followed, penalties will be accessed to your refund.
1. Original
Exterior Corrugated Material or $30 Penalty
2. Original
Interior Corrugated Material and all components must be Re-bubble
wrapped.- Or
$50
Penalty.
3. Unit could not have been burned in. If
there is indication of Burning or Sunjel™ is missing from the original
order there will be a $150 Penalty. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If UPS damages
the product going to the customer, customer must contact the Customer
Service Dept. IMMEDIATELY to
submit a claim with UPS. If the customer doesn't give us the opportunity
to file a claim and have an investigation done of this damage, all
penalties and a 15% restocking fee will apply, NO EXCEPTIONS. A
UPS claim can take up to 14 business days. Customer MUST wait patiently
for UPS to do their job properly in order for appropriate refund to take
place.
All Merchandise is guaranteed for 30 days from
date of purchase. 2 Burn, Inc. warrants its products to be free from
defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. In no way may
2 Burn, Inc. or its distributors be held liable for misuse of the
products. This warranty does not cover claims for damage due to abuse,
neglect, alteration, or damage due to shipping or packaging. Dented cans
are to be expected due to the weight of the product and improper care
through UPS. We do not replace or refund the dented cans. Dented cans
are still useable and do not impair the performance of the Sunjel™. If
you want to ensure ZERO dents, refill bottles will be a great option, or
you may add $10 to each case of Sunjel™ and we can do special packaging
for you and place extra UPS insurance on the product. Contact Customer
Service if this is something you would like to do.
DENTED CANS
DUE TO UPS SHIPPING ARE NOT RETURNABLE, REPLACEABLE, OR REFUNDABLE.
TRACKING
Tracking will be
emailed to the email address on your purchase order. All tracking begins
with 1ZA236V6
If the product ships from any other warehouse,
tracking is not available. Tracking from September 20th until the
manufacturer's Christmas shut down each year December 22nd, will not be
available for each order. There will be periods where you get a tracking
and periods when you do not. Tracking being the bonus service we
provide cannot be done during peak season when we are focusing on
shipping rather than paperwork.
LEAD-TIME
All orders should
ship within 2-10 business days of receipt of purchase order for
in-stock items. If an item is out of stock an email will be sent. A
mult-fireplace order could take 2-3 weeks before shipping.
